At XPRESSC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items you have purchased from us.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

It must be returned in the original packaging.

You must initiate the return within 30 days from the date you received your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Swimwear (Bikinis Sets, Swimsuits) with the hygiene liner removed.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of use.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to return an item:

Contact our customer service team at contact@xpressc.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package.

Please note that returns without a valid Return Authorization Number may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive untracked packages.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@xpressc.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
