Shipping options and fees may vary depending on the destination.Please provide a complete physical street address for delivery.Shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

During checkout, you will be able to select from available shipping options for your location. The cost of shipping will be calculated based on the selected service, your delivery address, and the size and weight of your order. All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
3. Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately, including apartment or unit numbers. XPRESSC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
5. Undeliverable Packages
In some cases, a package may be returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier. If this occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order. To have the package re-shipped, additional shipping fees will be required.
